Bridge the Gap Workshop Intensive

There has never been a more significant gap in generations than between Gen X+ and current young adults. Having worked with youth and young adults for 25 years, I understand not only the reasons for the gaps, but how to build the bridge. First, I'll conduct two online surveys: -- To your leadership team to ascertain how well your mission and objectives, leadership style and hopes for the future of your organization align. -- To your newer recruits. We'll evaluate their enthusiasm commitment toward your organization and feedback on how things are going from their perspective. In a half-day workshop (3 hrs), we'll work on five ways to improve the connection, including: 1 - Communication 2 - Presence 3 - Balance 4 - Behavior 5 - Trust Your band of leaders will not only be ready to bridge the generational gap, they'll be excited about it. You'll achieve a new cohesion in your organization and elevated team performance as synergy takes over.
