All-Starters Workshop Intensive

Six Week Leadership Development

US

Service Description

Need to increase the productivity of your leaders and emerging leaders? This 6-week course is designed to train and sustain productive habits in individuals long term—and make your potential leaders easy to spot. First, there is a consultation with current leadership to understand the mission and vision of your team. The next six weeks will implement productive strategies in your individual members based on your overall values and objectives. This will involve six interactive sessions (virtual or in person). One hour per week, you'll focus on a new principle of productivity, and each member will have accountability checks they're required to complete. The first three weeks focus on personal development, then transition in the final three weeks to organizational leadership development within a team. **PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT** **Week 1 – Gratitude fuels productivity.** You'll cover the benefits of developing a grateful attitude and implement a simple practice designed to produce fast and competitive results. **Week 2 – Identity is not earned, it's owned.** Each member will identify their unique gifts and strategize a way to implement those abilities to contribute to the common goal. **Week 3 – Your team determines your trajectory.** Identifying the three most important relationships in life (HJ's most requested keynote), participants will identify their own personal influencers and take ownership of their personal teams. **LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT** **Week 4 – Action brings clarity.** Targeting the false idea of control and dispelling victim mentality, HJ will bring her experience growing up a "Dallas Cowboys Kid" to teach the art of composure under scrutiny, and end with principles of goal setting and accountability. **Week 5 – Your gifts are meant to be given.** Revisiting work from Week 2, you'll establish and implement individual goals that center on contribution, then discover how giving reinforces purpose. **Week 6 – Starters know how to finish.** This is a serious talk about quitting—when it's okay and when it's not. Reviewing all six principles, you'll learn how to integrate principles of productivity into everyday intention—not just finishing, but perpetually re-starting. This workshop includes copies of *For Starters* and, as with all Starter Trainings, is highly interactive. Pre- and post-program assessments and weekly accountability exercises help participants measure progress and put the principles into practice.
