Need to increase the productivity of your team? First, there is a consultation with current leadership to understand the mission and vision of your team. This highly interactive half-day workshop focuses on two principles from *For Starters*: **It Takes a Team** and **Starters Aim to Give.** Through training, discussion, and practical exercises, team members will examine the roles of **Coach, Teammate, and Fan** and the importance of direction, support, and encouragement in creating a high-performing team. Through this engagement, you can expect: * Greater clarity around individual roles and contributions * Stronger communication and connection * Increased ownership and accountability * Better alignment between individual strengths and team goals * A stronger culture of contribution and support * Practical commitments team members can immediately put into action This approach balances two critical conditions of high-performing teams: **productivity drive and collaborative engagement.** As with all Starter Trainings, the workshop is highly interactive and customized to your organization. Participant workbooks are included. **OPTIONAL:** Add a Team Diagnostic™ Assessment to evaluate team Productivity and Positivity and identify strengths, blind spots, and priority areas for improvement. Follow-up training or coaching sessions may also be added.
