Need to increase the productivity of your team? First, there is a consultation with current leadership to understand the mission and vision of your team. The engagement begins with a pre-distributed, anonymous, online Team Diagnostic™ Assessment. This assessment provides a clear portrait of how the team sees itself across key dimensions of Productivity and Positivity. The resulting report identifies strengths, blind spots, and priority areas for change—creating a data-driven foundation for team development. After the assessments have been completed, we'll hold a full-day, in-person debrief and training. Through this engagement, you can expect: * A defined team agreement outlining values and behavioral norms * Clear mission alignment and measurable team goals * Role clarity and decision-making frameworks * Structured action plans with accountability checkpoints * Improved ability to engage in healthy, productive disagreement * Stronger leadership influence and systems-based thinking This approach balances two critical conditions of high-performing teams: **productivity drive and collaborative engagement.** Following the full-day workshop, there will be monthly check-ins to gauge and facilitate progress. After a period of three to six months, as determined with team leaders, the Team Diagnostic™ will be re-deployed to evaluate progress and measure changes in team Productivity and Positivity. Unlike traditional team-building events, this methodology unfolds over time, creating accountability, continued development, and measurable progress.
