First, we have a consultation with leadership to better understand the mission and vision of your team. Then Heather will spend three hours at your facility (or online) giving your team the resources and skills to give you the best they have to give. 90 mins - INTERNAL - work on gratitude practices, self-discovery, and team mentality 90 mins - EXTERNAL - learn and practice control, accept the responsibility of serving, and understand what it takes to be a finisher All trainings are interactive and include a copy of For Starters: Principles of Productivity You're Overlooking for each participant.
